Step into the mists of possibility and meet Melda Farsight — Seer of soft steps and sharp wit, bearer of odd truths, and finder of coin in curious places. Melda doesn’t just whisper of destinies — she invests in them. Got a new venture? She’ll read its future, then offer to buy shares (terms negotiable, of course). Everyone’s got a hustle — not all of us were born to lift boulders or scale castle walls.
When she’s not dazzling festivalgoers in her weather-worn tent, Melda joins traveling bands of adventurers, offering visions in exchange for coin, camaraderie, and occasionally the last cinnamon pastry at breakfast. Though her insight is as sharp as a raven’s cry, her coordination… less so. Let’s just say she’s learned to divine danger before it involves ladders or stealth missions.
Need a glimpse of what’s to come? Melda’s your woman — unless what’s to come involves climbing.
Melda stands (figuratively) at 20cm tall, with a width of 11cm and depth of 7cm. Her arms and legs are poseable with care, though she prefers a good lean to standing upright — as any proper mystic does.
HOW MELDA CAME TO BE
Crafted with care and a touch of magic, Melda’s body is felt over a wire frame, with a poly-fill head perfect for holding all those visions. Her outfit — in rich browns, golds, and forest greens — is hand-stitched from felt and fabric, completed with belts, boots, a bag, and a lantern to light her way into the unknown. Her hair has been attached strand by strand, as befits a woman of destiny.
SAFETY NOTES FROM THE ASTRAL PLANE
Melda is a decorative art doll, created for collectors and storytellers aged 14 and older. She’s not meant for play, especially not by little hands or nibbling mouths. Her magic (and small parts) are best preserved with gentle handling and a place of honor on a shelf, not the battlefield.
